About our Company

At Daniel Joseph Chenin Ltd., we create immersive, experiential environments where architecture, interiors, landscape, and furnishings are conceived as one integrated vision. Timelessness, authenticity, and human connection guide every decision, ensuring each project feels deeply personal and emotionally resonant.

Our process starts from the inside out. We begin by understanding how a home will be lived in: how light will move across a room, where people will gather, how circulation will feel, and what emotional atmosphere the space should hold. From there, form, material, and detail are shaped to support function, flow, and human scale, creating an intuitive alignment between people and place.

Each project is a one-of-a-kind narrative shaped by site, materiality, and experience rather than a fixed aesthetic. We integrate bespoke furnishings, artisanal craftsmanship, and regionally sourced materials so every element belongs to the project’s identity. Movement through space is orchestrated with editorial precision, balancing contrast, rhythm, and stillness to engage the senses. A threshold becomes the opening chapter. A courtyard becomes a pause. Materials are selected for how they age and what they evoke, from hand-finished stone to warm patinated metal.

Sustainability is embedded in the work through passive strategies, indigenous landscapes, and site-sensitive materials that support longevity and environmental responsibility.

Daniel Joseph Chenin, FAIA, leads the practice. His elevation to Fellowship in the American Institute of Architects places him among a small percentage of members recognized for significant contributions to the profession. Founded in 2014 and named AIA Nevada Firm of the Year in 2021, the studio has earned international awards, was recognized by Forbes as one of Nevada’s Best in State Architects in 2025, and has been featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Casa Vogue, Galerie, Interior Design, Wallpaper, Aspire Design & Home, Western
