We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our collaborative team as a Sales Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to act as a brand ambassador within a creative environment. Reporting directly to our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by nurturing high-value client relationships and providing seamless support across sales, showroom operations, and industry events.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
Organize, screen, and handle incoming leads via phone, email, and showroom visits.
Support sales cycle, including product introduction, quotes, entering and preparing orders, project follow-ups, fabrication updates, post-sale follow-ups, managing product demonstrations (in-house and off-site), installation photo requests, etc.
Utilize CRM software to enter and track leads and follow up proactively.
Deliver a "client-first" experience, preparing and conducting showroom appointments and off-site presentations.
Maintain the highest standards of showroom appearance and organization.
Pick up and drop off samples from and to clients, design firms, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, and private clients, ensuring a bespoke and seamless experience from initial greeting to final delivery.
Business Development Support: Partner with the BDM to identify new leads, manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, and conduct proactive outreach to trade professionals.
Represent the company at industry networking events and trade shows to cultivate new relationships and generate leads.
Assist in the planning and on-site execution of showroom events, including managing guest lists, coordinating with vendors, and hosting attendees.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A deep understanding of high-end service standards and the ability to communicate with clients with poise and discretion.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate showroom needs and identify business opportunities before they are assigned.
Expert knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Google Workspace.
Ability to adapt across administrative tasks, sales consultations, and evening industry events.
3+ years of related professional sales experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Stand for several hours during events and when maintaining our booth at trade shows.
Be comfortable sitting at a desk through a typical workday.
Be able to reach other areas of the office quickly.
Be able to lift up to 35 lbs, and occasionally assist in moving items weighing in excess of 50 lbs.
Must be able to work well under pressure, managing multiple deadlines.
