Job Description

Residential Design Firm seeking full time junior architect or interior designer, with 2-4 years experience. Majority of projects are high end private residential renovations, with a small mix of development, commercial, and hospitality work. Job responsibilities include all aspects of a project, from concept to completion, generating presentation materials, participating in client meetings/presentations, generating construction documents and interior specifications, including FF&E selection.

We are looking for some one with a strong design sense, able to work in a team and collaborate, and be proactive in taking on responsibilities, as well as being able to juggle multiple jobs at a time.

Job Requirements

Degree in Architecture required
Proficient in AutoCAD required
Proficient in Adobe CreativeSuite. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Proficient in Rhino & Vray and/or Sketch Up is a plus
Experience in generating construction documents
Experience in generating NYC Dept of Building filing documents
Proficient in Word & Excel
Detail Oriented and well-organized
Knowledge of construction materials and methods
