• Management of both residential and commercial projects with the creative team
• Develop creative concepts
• Design custom furniture and millwork
• Client interaction and presentations
• Specifications, generate budgets and manage purchasing
• Manage interaction with architects, landscape architects, general contractors, consultants, artisans and fabricators
Professional Skills:
• Strong computer skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong freehand drawing and sketching
• Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Sketchup (Revit a plus)
• Space planning and performing site surveys
• Social media savvy
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design
• Driver’s license and ability to travel
