We are looking for an ambitious and strategic leader to own our next chapter of growth across e-commerce, marketing, and paid media. You will be tasked with scaling acquisition while protecting our brand, improving our already strong retention, unlocking new revenue opportunities, and building the systems that take us from an emerging favorite to a household name.
Reporting directly to the Founder, you will serve as our primary growth lead. You will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive strategic roadmap, owning paid and organic channel performance, directing our creative and lifecycle strategies, and driving sustainable, measurable results.
This role is open to a part-time employee or independent consultant structure and is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Planning
• Lead full-funnel growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, lifecycle, and partnerships; identifying the highest-leverage opportunities across channels and customer segments
• Unify paid, email, organic, and direct mail into a single, cohesive growth narrative with shared KPIs and clear channel attribution
• Own forecasting, media spend targets, and CAC/MER goals aligned to scale; track performance vs. plan weekly and adjust channel allocation accordingly
Conversion Rate Optimization
• Own the on-site funnel optimization roadmap across landing pages, PDPs, cart, and checkout; partnering with merchandising team on bundles and merchandising strategy
• Define and run a structured test-and-learn program to improve CVR, AOV, and reduce friction across the full conversion funnel
• Leverage analytics and customer insights to continuously improve conversion at every touchpoint
Paid Acquisition
• Own performance marketing across Meta, Google, Pinterest, affiliate, and emerging channels, managing budgets against CAC, MER, and LTV targets
• Build and scale affiliate and creator programs end to end
• Partner with creative teams on continuous ad
• 8–12+ years in growth, performance marketing, or eCommerce, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven track record scaling a high-growth DTC or omnichannel consumer brands
• Experience in home furnishings, lifestyle, or adjacent DTC/luxury retail strongly preferred
• Expertise with Meta and Google Ads (as a direct operator or strategic overseer of agency partners) with strong command of media efficiency metrics (CAC, MER, ROAS)
• Strong retention and lifecycle marketing instincts, not just paid acquisition; proficiency with Klaviyo
• Experience with CRO, site optimization, affiliate program management (AWIN, LTK), and loyalty/rewards platform implementation
• Highly analytical with strong financial and KPI fluency; comfortable with P&L thinking and translating data into strategy
• Shopify proficient
• Experienced managing and holding accountable agency and freelance partners
• Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sensibility and deep understanding of consumer behavior in the premium/luxury market; able to balance ambitious growth goals with brand positioning
• Comfortable operating strategically and tactically in a lean, founder-led environment, owning outcomes from strategy through execution
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how emerging tools can drive performance and efficiency for a growing brand
