Job Description

Kate Rheinstein Brodsky is the founder and owner of KRB. She is seeking a full time Executive Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and personal support in her shop, creative world and extremely busy life. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, interested in design, and great at managing up in a respectful manner. The job is 75% professional and 25% personal. Full time Monday through Friday. In person at KRB.
Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and personal support to ensure seamless management of both professional obligations and personal affairs for Kate. Including but not limited to assisting with bill payment, long distance projects, party coordination, purchasing, and logistics.

•Manage calendars, scheduling professional meetings, personal appointments, and events.
•Be the point person/assist with the coordination of photo shoots both at the store and offsite. This includes but is not limited to procurement of flowers, transportation of props and accessories and liaising with photographer.
•Manage press requests for Kate’s time and facilitate quotes, images etc.
•Assist with social media filming and production, work with Sales Director to coordinate content.
*Assist with production of other assets needed for additional projects such as substack, creative briefs, presentations etc.
•Assist with the planning and execution of events for KRB; Manage invitations, follow up with guests; Work with vendors to coordinate services for events, manage invoices, and reconcile payments, working with the Financial Controller.
•Oversee personal and professional correspondence for KRB.
•Be the point person for personal interiors projects for Kate.
•Be the point person on holiday presents for both clients and vendors. This includes the creation of these pieces as well as the execution, packaging and delivery.
•Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Experience within the high end design, art, or decorative arts communities preferred.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Very Organized with excellent time management and problem solving skills.
•Attention to detail: Everything that comes out of KRB needs to presented in a visual attractive way in keeping with the brand identity.
•Discrete and trustworthy.
•General knowledge of Apple Calendar, all Google platforms, Dropbox.
•Interest in Interiors, Design, or Art.
