We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our growing Home Staging sales division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in the luxury real estate market. You will expand our top level partnerships with real estate agents, developers, and homeowners to expand our business to be able to showcase properties at their best.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote PBF Homes' Staging services and maintain strong relationships with top-tier real estate agents, brokers, and developers in the Greater Boston area.
*Collaborate with the design team to ensure staging projects align with client expectations and market trends.
*Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.
*Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including digital content, social media campaigns, award submissions and
portfolio presentations.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
*2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real estate, interior design, or luxury home staging
industry.
*Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
*Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
*Strong understanding of the Boston area luxury real estate market and current interior design trends.
*Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
