Candidate will assist and support within a luxury showroom experience of high-end product, mainly bed systems, with headboard designs, bespoke upholstery, and fabric selection. Candidate will work together with the VP of Sales to maintain a luxury environment and service interior designers and customers to an immersive experience and detailed craft presentation. Will assist and or support the brand's processing of digital leads, CRM, and customer experiences. Standard computer skills are necessary, with excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
Candidate will work closely with VP of Sales to launch in a new market, in this new US store location in West Hollywood, California.
Extensive and detailed training will be provided to educate the candidate on the history, heritage, craft and high level of luxury for the wellness, sleep, luxury market sectors of the brand.
