Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-focused Interior Design Assistant to join our Trade Accounts Team to support senior management in the ongoing growth and success of Studio 882’s trade program. This role serves as an essential extension of leadership efforts, helping deliver a seamless and informed experience to our interior designer and trade partners.
What You'll Do:
• Assist senior management with trade program coordination and designer support
• Prepare quotes, order details, and follow-up communication for trade accounts
• Track active orders and communicate project updates to designers and vendors
• Maintain precise account information and project notes in our CRM system
• Support design presentations and showroom meetings with trade partners
• Assist with new trade member onboarding and provide informational materials
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution
• Help improve internal processes to better serve the interior designer community
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, design-forward environment
• Experience with customer service, CRM tools, or project support preferred
• A genuine interest in furniture, design, or supporting creative professionals
• A friendly, positive presence and proactive mindset
