Position Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Designer with exceptional talent across interior design and product design. You are a strategic thinker and a hands-on maker—equally comfortable concepting, detailing, managing, and installing. You’ll guide high-end projects from idea to installation, mentor emerging talent, and champion our studio’s ethos of elegance and intention.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Design Execution: Own high-end residential and commercial interiors from concept to installation, protecting design integrity at every stage.
Product Design: Conceive and develop bespoke furniture, lighting, and accessories aligned with our aesthetic and brand partnerships.
Creative Direction: Translate client and brand visions into evocative narratives, mood boards, and presentations.
Technical Development: Produce detailed drawings, specs, and 3D renderings; review/redline shop drawings and prototypes.
Project Management: Build and manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables; keep projects on time and on brand.
Client & Partner Relations: Collaborate with clients, architects, artisans, and contractors to deliver seamless, elevated experiences.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers; foster a culture of precision, curiosity, and care.
Materials & FF&E: Curate materials, furnishings, and lighting with an exceptional eye for tone, texture, and craftsmanship.
Studio Stewardship: Jump in where needed—vendor meetings, procurement, installs, styling days—wearing multiple hats with grace.
Research & Reference: Track design innovations, makers, and art/design references; bring fresh inspiration into the studio.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience with a portfolio showcasing high-end interiors and product design.
Education: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field.
Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite; strong 3D visualization skills a plus.
Aesthetic Sensibility: Exceptional taste; mastery of proportion, light, and materiality.
Operations: Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Communication: Confident presenter; clear writer; poised in client meetings and on site.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial, positive, collaborative; comfortable in a small-team, big-output environment.
