Job Description

Brown Jordan is a heritage brand in luxury outdoor furnishings, recognized for timeless design, craftsmanship, and quality. The Showroom Manager is responsible for the daily operation, presentation, and performance of the showroom while providing an elevated experience for designers, architects, dealers, and retail clients.

Responsibilities include overseeing showroom operations, visual merchandising, product presentation, and overall organization; providing knowledgeable guidance on Brown Jordan collections, materials, finishes, and customization options; and driving showroom sales by converting client visits into qualified opportunities.

The Showroom Manager will build relationships with architecture and design (A&D) firms, dealers, and repeat clients; maintain client interactions, quotes, orders, and opportunities within the CRM; and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to support order processing and delivery.

The role will also support merchandising updates, new product launches, showroom events, designer nights, and trade previews; maintain samples and marketing materials; supervise showroom support staff as applicable; and report on showroom traffic, sales performance, and client pipeline.

Job Requirements

5–7+ years of experience in luxury retail, showroom management, interior design sales, high-end furniture/home furnishings, or a related client-facing environment. Proven success meeting sales goals and building strong client relationships in a consultative sales environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills with a polished and professional demeanor. Strong knowledge of, or ability to learn, furniture materials, finishes, customization options, and design trends.

Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or equivalent tools is required. Existing relationships within the local architecture and design (A&D) community and experience in luxury outdoor furniture or contract furnishings are preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architectural Studies, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Must be able to stand and walk throughout the showroom and occasionally lift samples or materials weighing approximately 25–35 pounds.
