Ficarra Design Associates, an award winning, luxury Interior Design firm in Naples, is seeking a creative Senior Designer to join our design team. Eligible candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in high-end residential design that includes ground up construction and full-scale renovations.
Working with the Principal, and other designers, the Senior Designer is a key creative contributor to all phases of our projects.
Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, be a proactive self-starter who is goal and detail-oriented, have strong communication and management skills, be a team player who loves to collaborate but also works independently when needed.
Responsibilities include:
Lead client meetings and presentations
Oversee all phases of the design process from concept to completion
Develop floor plans and design all interior architecture and detailing
Oversee process of gathering quotes and creating accurate design proposals
Source furniture, fabrics, fixtures and finishes in line with client needs and establish budget guidelines
Attend on-site visits and field reviews as well as provide direction to builders and trades with a focus on design implementation and quality control
Required work experience:
At least 3-5 years experience working within a high-end residential design firm
Benefits:
Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience, salary range is 85-250k annually

Required work experience:

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
Knowledge of Auto Cad and Sketchup if preferred,
Possess a high taste level and have knowledge of high-end market and ability to design interior details and custom furniture
Possess excellent time/management skills and is able to handle multiple project deadlines and make decisions in a fast-paced environment to take project from design concept through to installation
