Job Description

A Junior Interior Designer is an entry-level professional responsible for assisting senior designers and project teams in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. They play a vital role in the design process, collaborating on conceptualization, space planning, material selection, and project documentation and management. Base salaries are negotiated with consideration to experience. This job is primarily non-remote, with employees expected to work from the office at a minimum of 4 days a week.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visual and spatial awareness with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability to evolving design concepts and client preferences.
