- This position is based in Sausalito, CA. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to the Bay Area.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Designer with 5+ years of experience in high-end residential design with strong technical drawing abilities and expertise in sourcing from galleries and showrooms. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and experienced in textiles, finishes, plumbing, decorative hardware, conceptual design, and developing furniture and finish selections. Skilled in AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks and SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Studio Designer.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 to10 years of experience in high-end residential design (in the US)
- Proficiency in Vectorworks and/or AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), Studio and SketchUp
- Hand drawing is a bonus
- Strong project management skills preferred with experience leading complex, high-end residential projects.
- Expertise in material sourcing, specifications, and managing custom furnishings.
- Expertise with galleries and showrooms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects, builders, and vendors to bring a cohesive vision to life.
- Experience and interest mentoring junior designers and guiding the project team through all phases of design and implementation.

- Full time, salaried onsite position (WFH most Fridays)
