Boutique residential interior design firm looking for a mid-senior level interior designer reporting directly to principal. Candidate must be highly motivated, organized, detail oriented, flexible, and independent. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with high-end clientele, vendors, contractors, and architects. Extensive knowledge of the residential design industry, antiques, art, furniture and fabric vendors are a must. Candidate must have the skills and motivation to take ownership of projects from start through installation.

Must have at least 3 years experience

Responsibilities include:

-Floorplans and Elevations
-Interior Detailing: lighting, millwork, materials, and finishes
-Sourcing materials for presentations and presentation preparation
-One on one Client and vendor meetings
-Project management
-Proficient in AutoCAD and Design Manager
