Job Description

STUDIO KEETA is seeking a talented Interior Designer / Project Manager to join our growing team.

The Designer is an integral role to our studio. The ideal candidate is a motivated, solution-oriented creative, who is detailed and passionate about producing innovative, meaningful design.
All candidates should have experience in renovations and ground up builds. Candidates must have high-level ability to work through all phases of the design process: from conceptual and design development through the final execution. The position is full-time, with hybrid in-office and remote days (local applicants only). Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients is required. 5+ years of experience is a must.

The Designer will collaborate directly with Kristina, the Junior Designer, Design Assistant, vendors, contractors, sub-contractors + clients.

Job Requirements

• Contribute and spearhead the development of interior design schemes from concept through to completion, ensuring designs are aligned with project goals & client expectations.
• Collaborate with the Principal on the overall vision of each assigned project
• Provide design leadership with the team, including the ability to evaluate design options based on client-driven criteria and feedback
• Manage project timelines, budget, day-to-day tasks with the assistance of the Junior Designer and Design Assistant
• Prepare client presentations with creative sourcing and advanced visualization techniques
• Collaborate seamlessly with clients, as well as other contractors, architects, fabricators, artisans, and developers on multiple projects
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation to communicate design intent and support the construction process.project documents including the submission of a full drawing set, specification writing, schedules, and construction administration
• Work on creating budgets and detailed presentations. Source materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet project requirements & budget constraints
• Attend, assistant, and document client and/or site meetings
• Responsible for team leadership, producing bespoke furniture design, research, technical solutions, building budgets and project timelines
• Assist with project installations, final punch lists, and photoshoots
• Work closely with the team to deliver beautiful spaces with a high level of service required by our clients
