We are seeking a talented, motivated INTERMEDIATE/SENIOR Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is not only design-savvy but also collaborative, organized, and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE RUNNING PROJECTS FROM START TO FINISH
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with principal on all phases of design projects, from concept to completion
* High proficiency in AutoCad
* Develop floor plans, mood boards, renderings, and material palettes
* Assist in sourcing furniture, fixtures, textiles, and finishes (FF&E)
* Prepare design concepts to clients and present with Principal
* Communicate with vendors, contractors, and fabricators to ensure seamless execution
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
* Thrive in a high paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
* At least 3-4 years of experience at an interior design firm
* Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
* Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
* Completion of at least two high end luxury residential projects in the US from beginning to end
* Strong eye for color, detail, and composition
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Portfolio showcasing creative and technical ability
