We are looking for a Studio Operations Manager to join our team in Buckhead, Atlanta. This position has flexible hours with at least 10 hours weekly in person with our team. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, thorough and provides our clients with excellent care.
Responsibilities Include:
Procure and send Design Agreements
Send and track monthly client invoices
Send and track product purchase orders and coordinate installations with design team
Manage new client inquiry emails and phone calls
Manage onboarding process for new clients
Manage client gifts for installations, birthdays, and holidays
Keep office and pantry supplies stocked
Manage employee PTO log
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding process
Assist Principal Designer with press inquiries and marketing efforts
Assist with large photoshoots and installations as needed
Qualifications:
4+ year college degree
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience in high-end residential design is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
