Page Finlay Design is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager with interior design experience to join the team on a full-time basis.

Candidates will work closely with me across all phases of our residential projects — from design development through installation — managing schedules, budgets, and communications, and serving as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors, trades, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing large-scale, high-end residential projects, is comfortable working independently, and is a proactive problem solver who enjoys thinking several steps ahead and anticipating challenges before they arise. A genuine love of thoughtful craftsmanship, unique materials, and the collaborative process of bringing a vision to life is a must.

Required Program Knowledge:
Studio Designer
AutoCAD
Google Suite
Bonus program knowledge: SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D modeling or rendering program

Project & Design Management
Leading projects through all phases of design, from development through installation
Managing budgets, schedules, and construction document packages
Primary liaison between consultants, contractors, trades, vendors, and clients
FF&E, custom furniture/millwork, and material sourcing from concept through installation
Studio Designer proficiency for budgets, procurement, and project tracking

Administrative & Business Support
Maintaining organized project files and documentation
Creating client presentations, proposals, and update communications
Researching and maintaining vendor and trade relationships

Soft Skills
Proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and keeps projects moving without compromising the design
Warm, detail-oriented communicator across clients, consultants, contractors, and trades
Takes ownership from start to finish, with discretion around client relationships
