We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a sophisticated design point of view, exceptional technical ability, strong organization, and a high level of ownership.

Reporting directly to the Creative Director, this role leads complex high-end residential projects from concept through construction and installation, guides Interior Designers, collaborates closely with clients and trades, and takes responsibility for ensuring design intent is accurately documented and successfully executed in the field.

Responsibilities
• Lead projects from concept development through construction administration and installation.
• Own the accuracy, coordination, and completeness of drawing sets, specifications, details, schedules, and design documentation.
• Direct and prioritize the work of Interior Designers and review deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• Work directly with contractors, architects, electricians, plumbers, millworkers, fabricators, window and door vendors, and other trades.
• Develop sophisticated design concepts, FF&E selections, and client presentations.
• Lead custom millwork and furniture design, detailing, and fabrication coordination.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of applicable codes and construction requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement and project management teams on schedules, budgets, and execution.
• Help evolve studio systems, workflows, and emerging technologies that improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and managing designers.
• Exceptional technical knowledge of construction documentation, detailing, coordination, and codes.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and SketchUp; Rhino is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing critical details.
• Confident communicating directly with clients, consultants, fabricators, and trades.
• Strong design judgment and genuine interest in art, architecture, materials, and the broader creative world.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Miami; occasional travel may be required.
