Created by the PDC in 1994 to honor top California talents across interior design, architecture, landscape design, art, photography and graphic design, the annual Stars of Design and Stars on the Rise Awards also served as the culmination of WESTWEEK 2017, honoring top names like interior designer David Phoenix and architect Patrick Tighe.
