Janus et Cie, the luxury outdoor furniture brand, appointed Bill Ward CEO. Ward was previously the senior vice president of merchandise strategy and operations for RH. Prior to that, he held executive vice president roles at ABC Carpet & Home and Stark Carpet.
Italian luxury furniture brand Casa Casati welcomed Piergiorgio Pignatelli as CEO. Pignatelli brings more than 20 years of experience in the design industry, previously serving as managing director of Studio Fair, an agency that represents Italian luxury brands in the U.S. and Latin America.
Samson Holding, the case goods and upholstery manufacturer, has hired Eric Graham as president of Baker Interiors Group. Graham comes from Surya Inc., where he served as vice president of key accounts. He succeeds Michael Jolly, who retired after six years at the helm.
Delta Faucet Company has welcomed Barbara Fuller as the new vice president of its luxury segment. Fuller joins from Arteriors, where she was the vice president of marketing.

Lighting company WAC Group announced the appointment of Keith Eagle as the company’s vice president of business development. Eagle joined from Signify Lighting, where he was the vice president and general manager.
Design editor Tori Mellott is the new home and lifestyle senior director at the fashion and home decor company Tuckernuck. In the past, Mellott has served as style director at Frederic, senior design and market editor at Traditional Home, and decoration editor at Domino.
Lighting brand Currey & Company has announced Ross Bradford will fill the newly created position of vice president of strategy and business development. Bradford brings a wealth of experience, having been the director of sales for the electronics and appliance manufacturer Hisense and the vice president of sales for Serta Simmons Bedding, as well as running his business consultancy, R & D.
Contemporary furniture brand Armen Living welcomes Holly Lightfoot as its new director of product development. Lightfoot was previously the director of merchandising at LL Flooring.
To the Trade
New York–based interior designer Eric Hilton has been named the creative director of Holland & Sherry. Hilton has designed three collaborations with the brand in the past three years, most recently 2025’s Sporting Collection.
Linen and home decor company HiEnd Accents named Elizabeth Orth-He as the new director of business development. A member of the company’s founding family, Orth-He was previously an associate consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Henricksen, a contract furniture dealership, has hired Beth Cass as its regional manager for central and southern Illinois. Cass joins from Global Furniture Group, where she was a contract specialist.
Design & Architecture
On the heels of its 25th anniversary, New York–based architecture and design firm Workshop/APD has appointed three new principals: Andrew Kline, Nicole Ficano and Jonah Kaplan. Meanwhile, J. Tyler Marshall and Michael Luft Weissberg were promoted to associate principal.
MBH Architects has named Joe Irwin director of its Denver office. Irwin, who has been with the company since 2010, will lead the office while continuing to serve as studio director and senior associate.
JCJ Architecture promoted Mary Faria to Eastern managing director. Based in Boston, Faria joined the firm in 2023 after it acquired Group One Partners, where she was co-owner and principal for more than three decades.
Media & PR
Elle Decor announced that Benjamin Reynaert, the interior stylist and founder of the consultancy Benjamin Reynaert Creative, has been named permanent market director after serving as the interim since December. He was previously the publication’s design and market editor from 2016 to 2018, and has also served as creative director of Interior Define and style director at Domino Media Group.
Hearst also welcomed back Laura Sampedro, who is now managing editor of Elle and Elle Decor. Sampedro was Elle’s deputy managing editor from 2016 to 2022, and most recently served as senior production editor at HelloFresh.
Asad Syrkett, the former editor in chief of Elle Decor, announced that he has taken a position as guest editor for Architectural Digest Italia until mid-April. Syrkett will be working with AD editor in chief Amy Astley and the brand’s editorial teams in Italy and New York.
Erika Heet, former editor in chief of Interiors Magazine, has joined BuildingGreen as its new editor in chief. The Vermont-based publication provides designers and building professionals with sustainability-focused educational and technical content.
The Consultancy PR has announced a flurry of new additions. Sophia Santagata, formerly of MVPR, is now an account executive; Katie Ralston joins as a public relations coordinator, having previously interned for the health and wellness tech company Hatch; and Claudia Hensley joins as an account manager after working at the PR agency BerlinRosen.
The Slowdown, a culture-focused digital media company, welcomed Kylie McConville as its new deputy editor. She was previously the editor in chief of Apartment Therapy, and before that, she was vice president of editorial growth and strategy at Bustle Digital Group for seven years.
Industry Organizations
The Design Leadership Network announced Beth Brenner as its new director of partnerships. Brenner brings a wealth of experience to the position, having been the head of business development at Form Kitchens, president of Semihandmade, president of Galerie Media Group, chief revenue officer of Domino Media Group, and founding vice president and publisher of Domino. Her new position was previously occupied by Ron Tumpowsky, who passed away last July. During his 12-year tenure with the DLN, Tumpowsky helped develop its sponsorship program with industry brands into a key part of the organization.
Trade show and market center operator Andmore has made some changes at the executive level. In an internal memo first reported by Furniture Today, the company announced the transition of president and chief growth officer Dorothy Belshaw to an advisory role effective February 14. A 13-year veteran of the company, Belshaw was promoted to president when Jonathan Pertchik was named CEO in the spring of 2024. In addition, Andmore announced several new appointments: Katie Potter as executive vice president of corporate development, strategy and general counsel; Landon Williams as chief technology officer; Ximena Juncosa as chief human resources officer; and Joe Oriti as interim chief financial officer.
The High Point Market Authority announced four additions to its board of directors: Den Crallé, president and CEO of Green Front Furniture; DuVäl Reynolds, owner of DuVäl Design; Kevin Baker, executive director of North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad International Airport Authority; and George Jordan, president of The MT Company.
