This role provides professional and personal support to C-suite executives in a fast-paced, design-focused environment. You will act as a trusted partner and liaison between leadership, the internal team, clients, and external parties. Beyond handling day-to-day activities, you will anticipate needs, create processes, and help the entire organization operate more efficiently. This requires exceptional discretion, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage complex calendars for C-suite executives, ensuring they are scheduled, prepared, and prompted for all meetings, deadlines, and commitments
• Triage and manage high-volume email inboxes for our COO and Director of Interiors, ensuring critical communications are addressed promptly
• Coordinate all travel arrangements, including domestic and international bookings, itineraries, and logistics
• Handle correspondence, meeting coordination, and special projects with efficiency and professionalism
• Provide thoughtful executive and personal assistance while maintaining strict confidentiality
• Maintain organization in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years prior experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record managing multiple executive calendars and email inboxes simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook calendaring
