We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. This role is based in our Dallas location, where you will work closely with the Principal to lead and manage luxury residential projects from concept through completion.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, technically proficient, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing all phases of the design process with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead residential projects from initial concept through installation and completion.
Utilize creativity to develop fresh and innovative designs that accurately reflect the Dunbar Road Design brand.
Create comprehensive design schemes, presentations, and technical drawing packages for clients.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and overall project coordination.
Prepare quotes and proposals using Studio Designer.
Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, contractors, architects, and consultants throughout the design process.
Oversee procurement, specifications, and installation logistics to ensure seamless execution.
Mentor and support junior team members while fostering a collaborative studio environment.
Maintain a high standard of quality, organization, and attention to detail in all aspects of the project.

Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in luxury residential interior design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated residential work.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD required.
Experience with Studio Designer.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of construction documentation, materials, and custom detailing.
