Everything but Design is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have expertise in bookkeeping software, with a bonus if you are familiar with design software such as Ivy, Design Files, Houzz, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain accurate financial records, including processing transactions and reconciling accounts.
-Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
-Understand the design process to manage client procurement effectively.
-Collaborate with our team and clients to manage budgets, invoices, and financial reports.
-Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with clients using Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, and other platforms.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in the design industry.
-Proficiency with Design Manager, QuickBooks, and other bookkeeping software.
-Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
-Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
-Adequate home or private office space with reliable computer equipment and internet access.
-A four-year degree in Accounting, QuickBooks Pro, or CPA certification is highly desirable.

-100% Remote, 1099 contract position.
