Audrey Campbell Design is seeking a Billing and Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role will assist the design and accounting team throughout the purchasing and reconciliation process.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs, and take initiative to solve problems independently. Strong financial skills and accuracy are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires someone who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to keep projects running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Generate and process proposals, invoices, purchase orders, and payments
- Communicate with vendors and trades to obtain pricing and ensure design deliverables are achieved
- Place product orders and facilitate delivery
- File necessary claims with vendors
- Schedule product deliveries, installations, and client meetings
- Coordinate monthly time billing invoices
- Weekly correspondence with accounting team
- Conduct project administration and organization
- Maintain financial records
- Perform general office tasks
- Assist with furniture installations and photoshoots as needed

- Bachelors degree or higher
- 1-2 years prior experience in billing, procurement, or logistics
- Proficiency with Mac systems and Dropbox; experience with Studio Design and Asana preferred
- Articulate verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in time management
- Extremely detail oriented and desire for accuracy
- Self motivated and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in Dallas, Texas with reliable daily transportation
