We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer/Coordinator to spearhead design for high-end residential projects. Candidates will work directly with the principal and team to manage and oversee all aspects of the project from concept through construction administration. Candidates for this position should be well-organized with strong verbal and graphic communication skills with an enthusiasm to contribute design dialogue. Excellent AutoCAD skills required.
Experience Requirements:
• Experience of full design process in high-end residential design and detailing
• Exceptional skills in Studio Designer/IT creating proposals, PO's, ordering, and tracking decorative goods for multiple projects t
• Excellent AutoCAD experience designing, drawing and coordinating custom furniture and millwork
• Excellent organizational and communication skills dealing with clients, contractors, consultants and vendors
• Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office programs
• Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, passion to learn, and a great attention to detail
• Be a U.S. citizen, or already possess a work visa for working in the U.S. on a full-time basis
