Portfolio Art Factory, an established Miami-based art design and manufacturing company founded in 1993, is expanding its independent sales representative network across select U.S. territories.
We are seeking **experienced independent and multi-line sales representatives** with established relationships in the furniture, home furnishings, home décor, interior design, hospitality, and related trade industries.
This is an **independent, commission-based opportunity**, not a salaried position. It is ideal for established representatives looking to add a distinctive, complementary art and decorative-product line to their existing portfolio.
PAF combines original creative development with extensive in-house production capabilities. Our product range includes contemporary wall art, fine-art canvas, high-definition acrylic art, dimensional and 3D wall art, sculptural décor, and custom project-specific solutions. What differentiates PAF is our ability to offer much more than a standard catalog. Our in-house creative and manufacturing capabilities allow us to provide custom artwork development, sizing and color adaptations, private-label collections, account-specific programs, coordinated multi-piece installations, and production for projects ranging from individual to large commercial and multi-location programs. Our target customers include furniture retailers and regional chains, home décor retailers, interior design firms, hospitality and procurement companies, builders, and appropriate e-commerce home-furnishings retailers. Qualified representatives receive strong sales support, curated digital catalogs, physical samples when appropriate, professional presentation materials, product imagery, custom account presentations, project-development support, and direct access to our creative & production team. Our objective is to develop lasting relationships with representatives who can build recurring retail accounts, multi-store programs and hospitality projects
Established independent sales professionals with relevant experience and active relationships within the furniture, home furnishings, interior design, hospitality, or related industries.
Preferred qualifications include: Proven sales experience in furniture, home furnishings, home décor, decorative accessories, art, interior design, hospitality, or related categories.
Existing relationships with furniture retailers, regional chains, home décor buyers, interior designers, showrooms, hospitality firms, procurement companies, or project professionals
Previous or current experience as an independent or multi-line manufacturer’s representative
An established territory and active customer base
Ability to independently prospect, develop, present to, and follow up with qualified accounts
Strong professional communication and relationship-building skills
Experience opening new wholesale, retail, design, or project-based accounts
Familiarity with wholesale pricing, purchase orders, account development, and/or project sales
Ability to maintain regular communication regarding prospects, presentations, feedback, and developing opportunities
This is an independent, commission-based opportunity with no salary or employee compensation structure. Representatives earn commissions on qualifying collected sales generated through approved accounts.
