We are looking for a detail oriented person to assist with bookkeeping duties. Responsibilities to include:
- Inputting data into Design Manager software for accounts receivables
- Coordinate with design team regarding purchase orders and vendor payments
- Reconciling credit card accounts.
Ideal Candidate to have a minimum of one year accounting background.
Knowledge of Design Manager software or similar design software a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Problem solver and detail oriented
Knowledge of the interior design industry a plus.
