This is a senior architecture role at one of the most recognized interior design studios in the world. As Senior Project Architect you lead the architectural design and documentation of luxury residential and hospitality projects, ensuring a seamless fusion of architecture and interior design. Our work spans private residences, hotels, and hospitality projects worldwide for clients at the highest level of the industry. You will own technical precision and execution across multiple concurrent projects, working closely with Martyn, the design team, consultants, and contractors.

What You Will Do:
• Lead the architectural design and execution of high-end residential and hospitality projects from concept through completion
• Develop space plans and custom architectural details that align with the firm’s aesthetic and the client’s vision
• Produce and oversee construction drawing sets, elevations, millwork drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, lighting, landscape, and other consultants
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and samples for conformance with design intent
• Manage entitlements, permitting, and compliance with building codes and zoning requirements
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Collaborate with the interior design team to integrate finishes, furnishings, and fixtures into the architecture
• Conduct site visits and lead construction administration, troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, artisans, and vendors to ensure accurate implementation
• Participate in client presentations and articulate design and technical solutions with confidence
• Mentor and supervise junior architects and designers
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• 10+ years of professional experience in luxury residential and hospitality architecture
• A portfolio demonstrating completed work at the high end of residential or hospitality design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhin
