Job Description

Collier Webb is a British lighting and furniture brand with a passion for craft, material, and considered design. With our showroom at the New York Design Center as your base, we're looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Associate to accelerate growth across the Tri-State area — converting enquiries into orders, building lasting client relationships, and making a measurable impact.
Your clients are the names that define New York's design scene: leading interior designers, architects, high-end residential developers, and luxury hospitality projects. If you have a strong existing network, an entrepreneurial mindset, and genuine passion for the world of interiors, this role is built for you.

Job Requirements

Sales & Business Development
– Own and grow sales within your defined territory, with full accountability for your individual target.
– Actively drive new business through consistent outreach, client meetings, networking, and industry engagement — this role spends real time in the market.
– Build and maintain a strong pipeline from first contact through to order, managing the full sales cycle including presentations, proposals, quotes, and aftercare.
– Re-engage dormant accounts and convert them into active, repeat clients.
– Use LinkedIn and other platforms to build your professional profile and raise awareness of the Collier Webb brand within the New York design community.

Client Meetings & Market Presence
– Schedule and lead client meetings in the showroom and at client studios, confidently presenting the brand and converting opportunities into projects.
– Maintain a strong and visible presence in the New York design community — at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows throughout the year.
– Take ownership of all follow-up, ensuring every opportunity is progressed and closed with momentum.

Showroom & Reporting
– Ensure the showroom is always presented to an exceptional standard — welcoming, on-brand, and used as a powerful sales tool.
– Host clients with confidence, delivering strong brand storytelling and leveraging deep product knowledge to support conversion.
– Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and weekly reporting through Salesforce CRM.
