Sales & Business Development Associate
Company: Collier Webb
Duration: Full-time

Category: Sales & Marketing
Location: New York
Salary: 100-150k
Job Description

Collier Webb is a third-generation British family business, established in 1977, designing and making exceptional lighting, furniture and hardware for the world's most beautiful interiors.

Combining traditional craftsmanship with innovative techniques, our products are designed and handcrafted at our workshops in East Sussex, England. With our New York showroom at the New York Design Center as your base, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales & Business Development Associate to help accelerate our growth across New York and the wider Tri-State market.

This is a highly proactive, relationship-driven sales role for someone who knows the luxury design industry and has an established network of interior designers, architects, developers and/or luxury residential clients.

You will own an individual sales target and be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing relationships and increasing Collier Webb's presence within territories and design practices where the brand currently has limited or no representation.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, highly connected and energized by building relationships and creating opportunities for a growing luxury brand.

Success will be measured by sales growth, new client acquisition, pipeline development, repeat business and the expansion of Collier Webb's presence within the North American luxury design community.

This is an opportunity to represent an exceptional British luxury brand while playing a direct role in building its business in one of the world's most important design markets.

Compensation: $72,000 base salary + uncapped commission, with healthcare benefits, PTO and company holidays.
