This is a senior design role at one of the most recognized interior design studios in the world. As Senior Designer you lead high-end residential and hospitality projects from concept through installation, working closely with Martyn and the design team to translate a distinctive and eclectic point of view into finished interiors. Our work spans private residences, hotels, and hospitality projects worldwide for clients at the highest level of the industry. You will contribute your own perspective, mentor junior designers, and see projects through every phase, on time and on budget.

What You Will Do
• Manage all phases of the interior design process, from project set-up and concept design through procurement and installation
• Develop and define the design vision for each project with Martyn, including color palette, material selection, furnishings, and accessories
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, fabricators, and consultants across multiple concurrent projects
• Prepare and coordinate design and construction drawing sets, elevations, specifications, and finish schedules
• Source and specify luxury furniture, lighting, textiles, and finishes, including custom and bespoke pieces, from established and emerging makers worldwide
• Aid in the development of custom pieces with workrooms and artisans
• Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, proposals, and purchase orders
• Manage procurement, order tracking, freight, and installation schedules
• Lead client presentations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
• 7+ years of professional experience in luxury residential and hospitality interior design, working with high-net-worth and design-sophisticated clients
• A portfolio demonstrating completed work at the high end of residential or hospitality design
• Proven experience managing projects from concept through installation, including budgets and procurement
• Ability to read and produce technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign, and comfort with project management and procurement software
• Deep knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and craftsmanship, including custom millwork, furniture design, lighting, and textiles
• Experience leading and mentoring design team members
• Ability to travel locally and beyond for site visits and installations
