New CEOs at Poltrona Frau, Liaigre, Rifle Paper Co. and more

From the C-suite to the marketing department to the sales team, read on for BOH’s monthly roundup of arrivals and departures in design, manufacturing, media and more.

Retail & Manufacturing
Turin, Italy–based Poltrona Frau appointed Giovanni Baldi as its new chief executive officer. Baldi joins from Dolce & Gabbana, where he was the president of the company’s Europe, Middle East and Africa division. Prior to that, he spent more than 20 years at Gucci, most recently as president of global business development. He succeeds Nicola Coropulis, who stepped down last month after a decade at the helm.

Interior architecture and furniture brand Liaigre promoted Henri Corbin de Mangoux to CEO of Liaigre USA. He joined the Paris-based company in 2024 as general manager for Southeast Asia, India and the Pacific. As CEO, he succeeds Thais Roda, who held the position for nearly 12 years and departed the company in April to become CEO of Baccarat North America.

Natuzzi announced Aldo Uva is a new member of the Italian brand’s board of directors; he will also formally assume the role of CEO of the Natuzzi Group in the first half of October. Prior to joining the board, he served as executive chairman and CEO of the food-tech company Incredo.

Kentucky-based bourbon barrel furniture retailer Oak & More welcomed Lucy Lynch as its new CEO. Lynch, who co-founded the U.K. tools and building supplies retailer Toolstation, succeeds Paul Isom.

Florida-based stationery and home brand Rifle Paper Co. named Carey Ann Campbell CEO. She was previously chief executive at clothing brand Southern Tide.

Bjelin, a Swedish wood flooring manufacturer, appointed Per Harrysson as its new chief financial officer. He was previously the interim director of accounting and control at software company Hypergene, prior to which he was interim group CFO at defense tech company MilDef.

Virginia-based manufacturer Rowe Furniture announced two promotions. Laura Mabe is now vice president of creative after serving as creative director since 2020; and Stuart Hruza has been elevated to vice president of enterprise transformation following five years as director of digital commerce and innovation.

On the heels of closing a $20 million Series B round, New York–based custom rug brand Ernesta moved into a new headquarters in NoMad and hired two new executives. Rohit Bagalkot is now vice president of marketing after previously holding the same position at health company Prenuvo; and Kelly Shah comes on as director of inventory planning, joining from jewelry brand Ring Concierge, where she was senior director of planning.

MillerKnoll hired Hal Siegel as its new director of digital design and experience. Siegel was previously vice president of digital products at 1–800-Flowers.

California kitchen and bath brand Native Trails promoted Julianna Granados to marketing director. Granados joined the company in 2014 as a marketing and events coordinator.

Liberty Furniture promoted Maggie Henning to director of sales—a newly created post for the company—after three years as the director of e-commerce and marketing. The Atlanta company also welcomed Bryan Edwards as its new senior vice president of sales; he joins from Bernhardt, where he was VP of sales for residential upholstery and export.

Alabama-based wholesale furniture company RW Collective named Casey Bishop plant manager of its upholstery manufacturing facility in Saltillo, Mississippi. He joins from Ashley Furniture, where he was senior manager of distribution center operations.

To the Trade
Custom cabinetry brand Isla Porter appointed chief creative officer Emily Arthur to CEO. Arthur, who co-founded the New York brand in 2023, will continue to serve as CCO.

Chelsea House named interior and product designer Jamie Merida as its new creative director. The appointment comes after a decade of collaboration and right before the debut of Merida’s 10th product collection for the North Carolina brand, launching this fall at High Point Market.

Ahead of its showroom opening in the Dallas Design District later this fall, French fabric company Élitis has hired the three-person team to oversee the new space: Nicole Ancelet is the new territory manager, Brandy Reznicek is now brand resource specialist, and Ashley Leftwich has a field-based sales position.

Henricksen, a contract furniture dealer based in Illinois, welcomed back Mark Dalton as its principal emeritus and regional manager for Peoria. Dalton originally joined Henricksen in 2006 and served as principal and vice president until his retirement in 2022.

Atlanta lighting and decor company Currey & Company promoted Nicole Casanova Zeman to Western regional sales manager, a newly created role. She previously was a senior sales director for the Pacific region.

Connecticut cabinetry brand Christopher Peacock welcomed Gracie Hurtado as its new director of business development for the Pacific region. She was previously the executive director at Waterworks.

Design & Architecture
California staging company Vesta Home appointed Michael El-Saleh as vice president of national sales. He was previously at Angi, where he was vice president of enterprise sales.

Architecture, landscape and design firm HCM promoted Sean Kefferstan to chief operating officer. He joined the Baltimore firm in 2017 and was most recently a principal and project manager at the firm’s housing/mixed-use division.

Media & PR
Connecticut Cottages & Gardens welcomed Elizabeth Graves as its new editor in chief. Graves brings decades of experience in the editorial world, having served as editor in chief of Martha Stewart Living and Martha Stewart Weddings.

Fast Company welcomed Rachel Kurzius as its new senior design writer. She joins from The Washington Post, where she was a reporter.

Allyson Conklin Public Relations welcomed two new team members. Former Country Living deputy homes and style editor Anna Logan joins as a publicist; and junior publicist Nell Rainer arrives from Modern Luxury, where she was managing editor of The Atlantan, Interiors Southeast, Jezebel and Weddings Atlanta.

Industry Organizations
The International Interior Design Association tapped Kim Moran to be its new director of strategic sales. She previously held the position of marketing manager at Mangrove, prior to which she was channel marketing manager at Momentum Textiles & Wallcovering.

The International Textile Alliance announced its executive committee and board of directors for the 2026–2027 term. The president is Elise Gabrielson, the vice president of marketing for Crypton; Anderson Gibbons is vice president, and currently serves as chief revenue officer for STI; Andy Pacuk, a sales consultant for Dani Leather, is treasurer. New to the board are Baris Ertin, managing director of Topteks USA; Andy Kahan, director of marketing at Regal Fabrics; and Kristin Olson, vice president of sales at Covington Fabric & Design. They join returning members Tammy Buckner, Tammy Covington, Steve Gittelson, Rick Lovegrove and Tom Notaro.
