We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Operations leader to help drive the next stage of our growing design-driven brand. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, product, and process. You will bring vision and structure to the behind-the-scenes systems and work that brings our collections to life from product development and production to inventory, fulfillment, and the day-to-day studio experience.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who combines operational rigor with a genuine appreciation for design, pairing a sharp eye for detail with an instinct for collaboration and continuous improvement. You’re equally comfortable thinking strategically, managing complex projects, and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership
• Lead and mentor the Operations team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Drive the development and implementation of operational strategies and goals, with a focus on supporting sales growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Assist Leadership to implement culture and values initiatives
• Host weekly team-wide meetings.

Operations
• Maintain and update RA’s inventory, fulfillment, and production; actively review and identify strategies for improvement; software platforms include Shopify, Unleashed, and ShipStation.
• Manage inventory of fabric, wallpaper, swatches, fulfillment supplies, etc.
• Analyze Operations, warehouse, and vendor performance to promote accuracy and efficiency.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our warehouses and production partners.
• Update Operations team’s internal resources.
• Oversee studio maintenance; delegate tasks, as appropriate, to Operations team members.

Product Development
• Project manage new product development, including development calendars and samples.
• Coordinate and lead team-wide rollout of new products and collections.

• 3-6 years in operations and production roles, with experience in product development, home products, or interior design industries preferred.
• 3 or more years of successful management experience.
• Self-starter with a strong “can-do” attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Empathy and an ability to understand the needs of customers, vendors, and team members.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Monday.com, Unleashed, Shopify, and ShipStation (or similar platforms) – preferred.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and workflow automation – preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles – preferred.
