Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of professional experience in residential design and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. This position involves both in-office collaboration and fieldwork, including showroom visits, client meetings, and site visits. Candidates must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to define their interior design needs and preferences.
Create and present design concepts, including color schemes, furniture selection, and layout plans.
Draft floor plans, elevations, and renderings using AutoCAD or Revit.
Develop mood boards, project spreadsheets, proposals, and invoices.
Source and select furniture, textiles, finishes, and lighting for whole-home designs.
Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and other professionals to ensure project success.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards from start to finish.
Manage installations and ensure quality craftsmanship.
Visit job sites, design centers, and showrooms as needed.
Maintain strong communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
6-8 years of experience in high-end residential interior design, including project management and budgeting.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong knowledge of trade sources, lighting design principles, and techniques.
Excellent communication skills.
