The Role
We’re hiring a Showroom Manager to lead our flagship Lake Park showroom — the operational and cultural anchor of our business. This is a senior leadership role with broad scope: you’ll own the showroom floor, lead a cross-functional team across sales, design, purchasing, logistics, and customer service, and partner directly with ownership on growth strategy.
You’ll set the tone for the client experience, run the systems and rituals that keep projects on track from first walk-in through final install, and be accountable for the showroom’s revenue, margin, and reputation. If you’re a hands-on leader who loves great design, knows how to build high-performing teams, and is energized by both the floor and the back-of-house, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and grow a cross-functional team — Sales Associate, Design Associate, Quotation Specialist, Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse & Logistics Manager, Office Manager, and Customer Service — through clear expectations, regular coaching, and structured performance reviews.
• Own the showroom P&L: set and hit revenue targets, manage gross margin, control operating expenses, and report results to ownership.
• Champion a luxury client experience from first walk-in through delivery and post-sale follow-up; personally manage VIP and high-revenue relationships.
• Build and maintain a strong network of designers, builders, and trade partners across South Florida.
• Run the operational backbone — project kickoffs, selections, quoting, POs, deliveries — and enforce data discipline in Odoo, Canva, and project spreadsheets.
• Curate the showroom floor: seasonal vignettes, product rotation, sample library, and visual standards that reflect the Andros aesthetic.
• Resolve escalations with discretion and turn lessons learned into better SOPs and training.
• Represent Andros Home at client engagements, designer events, and industry functions.
What You Bring
• 5–8 years of progressive leadership in luxury retail, furniture, interior design, or showroom-based sales.
• Proven team management experience — hiring, coaching, performance management, and direct accountability for revenue.
• Deep understanding of the residential design process: furnishings, finishes, lead times, and client expectations.
• Sharp business instincts — you read a P&L, manage to numbers, and balance creativity with operational discipline.
• Polished client presence; you’re comfortable with high-net-worth clients, designers, and builders.
• Comfort with operational systems (CRM, ERP, project management); you set the standard for data hygiene.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; calm under pressure when things go sideways.
