From annual trade shows to a showhouse in the Sunshine State, read on for BOH’s list of industry events happening next month.

DesignTO Festival
Toronto | January 23–February 1
Now in its 16th year, Toronto’s design week celebrates the latest innovations in design and sustainability practices. It draws more than 100,000 visitors, who attend architectural tours, exhibits and workshops and view window installations by hundreds of artists and designers. The Winter Show
New York | January 23–February 1
The art, antiques and design fair at New York’s Park Avenue Armory features selections by more than 70 of the world’s top experts in the fine and decorative arts. Guests can peruse pieces ranging from paintings and fine furniture to jewelry and contemporary ceramics across the massive space, with sales benefitting the East Side House Settlement. NY Now Winter Market
New York | February 1–3
NY Now returns to the Javits Center, welcoming more than 1,000 exhibitors and 10,000 attendees. From gift and lifestyle to jewelry and home, brands from across the board display new and existing products. The show also features tours, experiences and events, including a panel on the next generation of luxury consumers and a curated tour of rising international artisans and brands. Shoppe Object
New York | February 1–3
This biannual home and gift show features hundreds of brands under one roof in the Starrett-Lehigh Building, located in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. Attendees can browse a wide range of homeware, ceramics, furniture and more. Among the hundreds of exhibitors are Ukrainian lifestyle brand Anzy Home and Austrian textile brand David Fussenegger. West Palm Beach Antiques Festival Extravaganza
West Palm Beach | February 6–8
Taking place at the South Florida Fairgrounds, this monthly antiques festival features vintage furniture, fine art, lighting, textiles, rugs and rare decorative items from hundreds of vendors from across the country. For more information, click here.

Ambiente
Frankfurt | February 6–10
Messe Frankfurt hosts consumer goods fair Ambiente, giving participants an inside look into trends, products and market changes for dining, living and working. The event is organized around the broad conceptual categories Sustainability, Lifestyle and Design, New Work, Future Retail, and Digital Extension of Trade. For more information, click here.

The Nashville Show
Nashville | February 12–14
The Fairgrounds Nashville hosts Jenkins & Co.’s 36th-annual antiques, art and vintage market (formerly known as the Tailgate-Music Valley Antique Show) with more than 150 dealers and makers. Attendees from around the world come to peruse American and continental furniture, folk art, fine art, linens, quilts and holiday memorabilia. For more information, click here.

Palm Springs Modernism Week
Palm Springs | February 12–22
Celebrating midcentury architecture and design, this 11-day festival offers more than 120,000 attendees an opportunity to choose from 350 events. Now in its 20th year, the fete features a double-decker architectural bus tour, the signature Modernism show, home tours in more than 30 neighborhoods, film screenings, live music, fashion shows, and lectures that encourage architectural preservation and sustainable living. Kitchen & Bath Industry Show
Orlando | February 17–19
Taking place in Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center, KBIS is the largest trade show in North America dedicated to kitchen and bath design. Attendees have access to displays of the latest products, trends and technologies from more than 600 exhibitors. This year, the event is teaming up with Homeworthy for the Homeworthy x KBIS Live Studio, where company founder Alison Kenworthy will host live interviews with designers, architects and brand leaders. Architecture & Design Film Festival
Chicago | February 19–22
The Chicago outpost of the globe-trotting event (which also takes place in Los Angeles, New York, Mumbai, Toronto and Vancouver) includes screenings, panels and events that spotlight design and architecture. For more information, click here.

Design Social Pop-Up
West Palm Beach | February 24
Design Social is popping up in Palm Beach this month, connecting interior designers with the artisans and entrepreneurs behind boutique brands from around the country. Representatives from dozens of bespoke textile, wallcovering, lighting and furniture companies will be on hand to mingle with guests at the Norton Museum of Art, and visitors are invited to attend a talk moderated by Business of Home editor in chief Kaitlin Petersen in a lounge designed by Meg Braff. Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach
West Palm Beach | February 25–March 24
For the first time, the annual showhouse will encompass two properties: the waterfront Intracoastal House and the Palm Cottage across the street on North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. The rooms will be reimagined by 23 designers, including Nashville-based Alexander Interiors and New York– and Palm Beach–based Amy Young Designs. The event benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County and the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. For more information, click here.

Sushi|Bar x Tim Clarke Design x Frieze LA
Santa Monica | February 26–March 1
During Los Angeles Art Week, Tim Clarke Design is teaming up with Sushi|Bar for a weekend inspired by Japanese culture. At the studio, guests will partake in the restaurant’s multicourse omakase while surrounded by gyotaku prints—the traditional art form made by pressing ink-coated fish onto paper. There will also be a live demonstration of the practice during the meal. For more information, click here.
