David Iatesta Studio & Warehouse is hosting its annual October sample sale with floor samples, vintage pieces, accessories, furniture, lighting and textiles marked between 50 and 85% off. The San Francisco Design Center is set to host its annual fall sample sale, which is open exclusively to the trade from Monday, October 20, through Friday October 24, and open to the public on Saturday, October 25. Designers will receive the first opportunity to stake their claim on dramatically reduced offerings from select showrooms during the week. Participating showrooms include Baker, Bernhardt, Furniture Forum, Henredon and more, featuring marked down prices of up to 80%. Kravet Outlet Sale (Online), Throughout October

Throughout the month of October, the Kravet Outlet is offering 25% off fabrics, furniture, trimmings and wallcoverings from all of its UK brands including Andrew Martin, Cole & Son, GP&J Baker and Mulberry Home. Chelsea Textiles Warehouse Clearance (New York), November 6-8

Chelsea Textiles has partnered with Holland & Sherry, Treillage, Vaughan Lighting and VanDerHurd for its first-ever U.S. trade and retail sample sale. Furniture, fabric, lighting, mirrors, accessories, carpets and more from each brand will be up for grabs. Designers will receive discounts between 40 and 80% off during the sale.
