New coworking space A/D/O, located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, will open its doors with a three-day festival January 27 to 29, 2017. Construction is now complete on the 23,000-square-foot workspace, targeting designers and creatives of various disciplines.
“Our aim is to be a catalyst for new and relevant work,” says Nathan Pinsley, managing director of A/D/O. “Meaningful design requires exchange and stimulation, and we’ve built a place entirely for that purpose.”
Among the initiatives debuting at the festival are partnerships with design firms MOS Architects, OLIN, Stephen Burks Man Made and Turner prize–winning collective Assemble, as well as discussions with designer Yves Béhar and author Alice Rawsthorn. In addition to providing rentable workspace, A/D/O will be open to the public seven days a week.
