The primary responsibility of the Project Manager (PM) is to manage, execute and complete jobs to the highest standards of customer service after they have been sold by the Relationship Managers (RM). The PM will own the project once it has been converted to an order and a project launch is conducted. The PM will also be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with builders through good communication and ongoing top-level service during projects as well as between active projects.
Education/Skills Required
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience in a similar position in lieu of the degree.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to read and/or create take-offs and construction drawings.
• Desired knowledge of project management software.
