Job Description

This is a relationship-driven, execution-focused role ideal for a structured sales professional who thrives on building accounts, managing long-term projects, and driving consistent growth.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain relationships with leading NYC design firms
• Manage contract projects from specification through execution
• Maintain a strong, organized pipeline of opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and showroom visits
• Ensure consistent follow-up and project progression
• Track activity and pipeline and maintain weekly reporting structure

You will work closely with senior leadership in New York, focusing on pipeline development, account growth, and execution.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For
• 3-5 years of contract or design industry sales experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple long-term projects
• NYC design community exposure is a plus
