As Head of US Sales & Operations, you will lead and develop van Cronenburg’s presence in the United States mainly from our New York base. You will provide direction and support to our teams in New York and San Francisco, while acting as the key link with our headquarters in Belgium to ensure alignment in quality, service, and communication. This is a strategic yet hands-on role combining business development, team leadership, and operational oversight. You will shape and execute our US growth strategy, build lasting relationships within the architecture and design community, and ensure excellence across all projects—maintaining the high standards that define our work.
What you bring • Proven leadership experience in sales and operations, ideally across multiple locations. • A strong network in the US architecture and design world. • Hands-on, proactive leadership style with a high standard of execution. • Skilled in team management, performance follow-up, and operational oversight. • Strong communicator with international mindset and organizational strength. • Ambitious and forward-looking, with a positive attitude toward innovation, IT and openness to emerging technologies. • Experience in Architectural hardware and Kitchen and Bath hardware is preffered in order to coach the team on the job • Based in New York; with regular travel to San Francisco and client locations.
