You’ll support the design process in a way that is both creative and highly detail-driven—helping translate ideas into spaces that feel considered and complete.
Assist with FF&E selections, sourcing, and finish palettes
Develop space plans, furniture layouts, and design drawings
Create presentation materials that tell a clear and compelling story
Support construction documentation and drawing sets
Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and trades
Manage samples, materials, and sourcing logistics
Research products, references, and project context
Contribute to installations and final styling
Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit; familiarity with SketchUp, Rhino, or similar 3D tools
Strong sense of scale, materiality, and composition
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
Clear communicator and collaborative team player
Interest in custom, residential, or boutique hospitality design is a plus
Working toward NCIDQ certification is welcomed, but not required

This role is for an emerging designer with a strong eye, natural curiosity, and a desire to refine their craft. You’ll be an integral part of the studio, supporting projects from early concept through installation, gaining hands-on experience while contributing meaningfully to the final outcome.
We’re a small, collaborative studio, so your voice matters here. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work, stay organized, and approach each project with intention and care.
