We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a strong residential portfolio to join our team in Grand Cayman. This is a unique opportunity for a US-based designer ready to take the next step, leading projects from concept through installation while enjoying a lifestyle shift in one of the Caribbean’s most dynamic markets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead high-end residential projects from concept development through final installation
-Manage client relationships with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
-Develop and present design concepts, materials, and FF&E selections
-Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages (AutoCAD)
-Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors across all project phases
-Manage budgets, timelines, and procurement processes
-Contribute to studio growth
Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in residential interior design (luxury experience preferred)
-Strong portfolio demonstrating full-project scope and built work
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
-Experience managing projects independently from concept to completion
-Excellent client-facing and communication skills
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
