We are a growing interior design studio in Houston seeking a full-time Design Assistant to join our team. Our office is made up of a lovely, collaborative group of women who genuinely enjoy working together, supporting one another, and creating beautiful spaces for our clients. We manage approximately 10–15 projects at a time, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys being part of a team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, creative, and experienced in Revit. Most importantly, we are looking for someone whose personality blends naturally into our uplifting, positive office culture.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead designer with multiple residential projects
Create and modify drawings and plans in Revit
Support project coordination, sourcing, and material selections
Maintain organization of project files, schedules, and documentation
Communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients as needed
Help ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with design intent and budget

Proficiency in Revit required

We manage projects across the US with most of our projects being in Texas. We pride ourselves on creating spaces that feel livable yet beautiful.
