Designers Toast Dellatore’s ‘On Style’

On Friday, September 27, the design community gathered at Tai Ping’s Union Square showroom to celebrate designer and author Carl Dellatore and his new bookOn Style: Inspiration and Advice From the New Generation of Interior Design, published by Rizzoli. 

Over 150 designers and members of the trade were in attendance, including 28 of the 50 designers featured in the tome. Joining Dellatore in celebration were Anthony Baratta and Erick EspinozaLindsay Weiss; Kevin Dumais; Caleb Anderson and Jamie Drake of Drake/Anderson; Aamir Khandwala; Wesley Moon; Max Sinsteden; Delia Kenza Brennen; Michael Adams; Paloma Contreras; Craig Strulovitz; Brian Paquette; Oliver M. Furth; Sean Matijevich, Matthew Bemis, Lance Scott and Scott Sloat of David Kleinberg Design Associates;  Natasha Baradaran; Elizabeth Lawrence of Bunny Williams; Bria Hammel; Tina Ramchandani; Ashley Darryl; Lucinda Loya; David Kaihoi; Laura Umansky; Sarah Ramsey and Alyssa Urban of Cullman & Kravis; and Noah Turkus. 

“We are thrilled to celebrate Carl and the incredible achievement that is this book!” said Jonathan Arnold, U.S. director of marketing at Tai Ping and Edward Fields. “The themes and text are considered and relevant, and I’ve no doubt this book will live on designers’ shelves for years to come. Tai Ping and Edward Fields are both designer-centric, so Carl’s book is right up our alley.”
