Luxe Interiors + Design honored the very best in residential design at the 2025 Red Awards, held on June 17 in Chicago at Marshall’s Landing inside The Mart—one of the largest and most influential global design resources in the world.
The annual awards program, now in its eighth year, honors excellence and innovation for the best-designed new product introductions and the best residential architecture, interior design, and built environmental and landscape architecture projects across the country.
Hosted by Luxe editor in chief Jill Cohen, the exclusive, invitation-only event welcomed more than 250 of the industry’s top design talents and influential brand leaders, including Klaus Baer, Julie Burns, Andrew Cohen, Mark Cowan, Barbara Fuller, William Hefner, Rush Jenkins, Benjamin Johnston, Suzanne Kasler, Erik Petersen, Jaqui Seerman, Melanie Turner and John Welker. Additionally, guests were able to join the excitement in real time via DesignTV, Sandow’s online video streaming platform, which broadcast the event live.
Winners were selected by esteemed judges Jesse Carrier, Chad Dorsey, Suzanne Lovell, Kendall Wilkinson and Fernando Wong, who joined Cohen in reviewing the record-breaking 1,700-plus submissions this year.
“The work we’ve seen is nothing short of extraordinary, and this year’s Red Award winners have set the bar sky-high,” said Cohen. “Their passion and creativity are unmatched—and we’re so proud to spotlight their incredible projects and innovative products.”

Mariani Landscape transformed the space with stunning florals and a photo backdrop of lush greenery.
