Perennials Fabrics & Rugs celebrated French and American design with global designer Timothy Corrigan at the Residence of the American Ambassador to France during Paris Déco Off. Perennials and Sutherland chairman David Sutherland and CEO Ann Sutherland welcomed more than 300 guests to the whimsical Parisian soiree, which featured two opulently costumed stilt walkers who greeted partygoers and posed for photos.
On hand to celebrate were brand president Ted Chappell, Tham Kannalikham, Jim and Nancy Druckman, Tom Delavan, Whitney Robinson, Michael Cohen, Maxime Hurel, Jeffrey Bershad, Marcello Lucchetta, Beth Dotolo and Carolina Gentry of Pulp Design, Lori Weitzner, Lisa Cohen, Denise McGaha, Kaitlin Petersen, Barclay Butera, Benni Frowein, Jennifer Cohler Mason and Cathy Austin.
“The opportunity to collaborate with Timothy has been extraordinary!” said Ann Sutherland. “His love and commitment to French design and renovation as well as his design work have inspired Perennials to reach into the past for classical designs. We not only have a wonderful collection that speaks to that architecture, but more importantly, we gained a true brand ambassador for the Perennials lifestyle. Celebrating his creations in the American Embassy Residence was a perfect venue to bring the cultures and friends together. We had a glorious evening together.”
