To kick off London Design Week, on September 14, Thibaut’s showroom at Worlds End Studios welcomed the design community for an exclusive first look at the Coraggio x Thomas Lavin collection, a new line of luxury textiles inspired by the texture and light of Los Angeles.  

Marking the memorable debut, approximately 50 designers, industry professionals and partners gathered for an evening that began with “Light and Weave: A Transatlantic Conversation” between Thomas Lavin and The World of Interiors style director Ruth Sleightholme. Guests then mingled over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while exploring the new collection firsthand. 

The crowd included Thibaut CEO Rick Kilmer and VP of global sales Andrea Eckberg, as well as Henry Prideaux and Amy Paice of Henry Prideaux Interior Design; Lavinia Dargie of Dargie Lewis Designs; Susan Chesney of Susan Chesney Interiors; Marina Sfakianaki and George Tsotsoros of BDA; Susanna de Vienne of Boyac; Caroline Inchyra of Inchyra; Sarah Harding of Sarah Harding Interiors; and Riccardo Riva of B&B Distribuzione.

Reflecting on the festive evening, Lavin shared: “I was thrilled to celebrate the collection’s debut in London. Seeing it installed so beautifully at the Coraggio showroom was an incredibly moving moment, and having the opportunity to discuss the collection with Ruth Sleightholme in front of our guests made the occasion all the more memorable.
