Job Description

Cliff Young is a New York–based furniture design studio with an award-winning Signature collection of fully customizable pieces defined by fine craftsmanship, alongside a curated selection of global brands. We work closely with interior designers and clients on high-end residential and hospitality projects.

We are seeking a Senior Sales & Growth Manager to help grow our business in New York and expand nationally.

This is a hands-on role focused on both sales performance and building a more structured, scalable sales organization.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:
• Build and manage relationships with interior designers, architects, and clients
• Generate new business through outreach, meetings, and presentations
• Reactivate existing and dormant accounts
• Manage projects from inquiry through order
• Own CRM (Zoho) usage, pipeline visibility, and follow-up discipline
• Support and guide existing sales team performance
• Contribute to national expansion, including developing 1099 reps and wholesale opportunities

Profile:
• Strong individual sales performer
• Proven experience working with interior designers is required
• Experience in a design-driven, high-end environment
• Organized, proactive, and systems-oriented
• Comfortable working with CRM tools
• Interested in growing into a leadership role
• Motivated by building, not just maintaining

Compensation Structure:
Base Salary:
$95,000 – $110,000
